Minneapolis police are continuing their investigation of the incident that left a 16-year-old boy shot in the head.
Police spokesman Sgt. Bill Palmer says Sunday that officers have ruled out a report that suspects burst into a Minneapolis apartment Saturday afternoon and shot the teen. However, he says all other possibilities are being investigated.
Police say the victim was taken to Hennepin County Medical Center. A hospital spokeswoman says Sunday that she could release no information about the teen.
Police received a report of the shooting about 12:15 p.m. Two or three people were taken into custody, but Palmer says he's not sure whether they're suspects or witnesses.
