Police say a serial peeping Tom has been arrested again after he was caught peering into a building near the University of Minnesota.

Police say the man has been picked up for peeping more than a dozen times in the past 15 years.

Minneapolis Police Lt. Greg Reinhardt says someone saw the man peering through a ground-floor window just after 11 p.m. Tuesday.

Eleven years ago, the man was arrested near the university, not far from where he was picked up Tuesday.
