Katie McMahon was born in Ireland, and knew from a very young age that she was destined to sing. Her father, a hypnotherapist, helped her realize that dream by revealing it to her in a session.

Her big break came when she began touring internationally with the hit show, "Riverdance." On a stop in Minneapolis about 10 years ago, she met her husband and has lived here ever since.

She continues to perform Irish traditional music and her annual Christmas tour is very popular in the Midwest and is now expanding to other states.
