A 20-year-old Nett Lake man admits he set fire to the Bois Forte Reservation Tribal Center in northern Minnesota over the summer.
William Lynn Isham pleaded guilty Monday to one count of arson, during a hearing in U.S. District Court in St. Paul.
In his plea agreement, Isham admitted he intentionally set fire to an automobile and to the reservation business office on July 20. During the investigation, witnesses told authorities that Isham spoke about burning down the center earlier in the evening, and that he bragged about the fire later.
His sentencing is pending.
Isham is an enrolled member of the Bois Forte band.
