If you were listening to Morning Edition yesterday, your ears may have perked up when you heard the first line of a story from National Public Radio reporter Wade Goodwin. He said former Enron CEO Jeff Skilling was in a prison in Waseca, Minnesota. But he isn't in a prison in Waseca. MPR's Cathy Wurzer spoke with the mayor of Wasesca Roy Srp.
