It's a big day for the health reform debate in Congress. The Senate Finance Committee is scheduled to vote on bill to overhaul the U.S. health insurance system. MPR's Cathy Wurzer spoke with professor Steven Smith. He's a nationally respected Congressional scholar and directs the Weidenbaum Center on the Economy Government and Public Policy at Washington University in St. Louis.
