A new survey by the Minnesota Department of Transportation finds most drivers who use the MnPass system on highway 394 west of Minneapolis are satisfied with the experience. MnPass is an electronic device that lets solo drivers use the congestion-free car pool lanes if they pay a toll.
The survey result has Minnesota Public Radio News commentator Peter Smith asking, "No kidding?"
