Minneapolis and St. Paul police are planning to use a new service called Nixle to deliver public safety information to citizens. People can get the information by text message or e-mail. MPR's Cathy Wurzer spoke with Sgt. Jesse Garcia, a spokesman with the Minneapolis Police Department.
