Gov. Tim Pawlenty is supposed to start meeting today with aides to begin looking at places in the state budget where $2.7 billion can be cut or places where payments can be delayed to balance the budget. One target is Local Government Aid. MPR's Cathy Wurzer spoke with St. Paul Mayor Chris Coleman about those looming cuts.
