About two dozen Minnesota Vikings fans were camped outside the Metrodome ticket booth Wednesday morning when single-game tickets went on sale.

John Eichenlaub of St. Paul camped out overnight to buy tickets to the November 9 game against the Packers. Eichenlaub said he's okay with the team's requirement that Packer ticket buyers must also purchase seats to the preseason opener against Seattle.

"I don't like spending the extra money, but I will, I think it's a good way for Minnesota to make sure that, or at least attempt to make sure the stadium is not full of people with cheese on their heads, disrupting the offense like has happened last year, it was pretty ugly," Eichenlaub said.

Most of the people in line said they were interested in buying tickets for the home opener. On September 14, the Vikings host Indianapolis and star quarterback Payton Manning for the first time in four years.
