Minnesota lawmakers begin hearings Monday on Gov. Tim Pawlenty's plan to fix the state's budget deficit.
Meanwhile, the fallout from the vote to override the governor's veto of a transportation bill earlier this session hit some Republican lawmakers hard over the weekend.
