The Minnesota Zoo is getting into the video game business. The Zoo unveiled Thursday a pioneering wildlife simulation game called "WolfQuest," in which players live the life of a wolf in Yellowstone National Park.

It is the first video game the National Science Foundation has ever funded and the Zoo hopes it will engage an audience that does not spend much time thinking about conservation.

Grant Spickelmier supervises education programs at the Minnesota Zoo and he is the project director for "WolfQuest." He spoke with All Things Considered host Greta Cunningham about the game.
