Major John Morris, the Minnesota National Guard Chaplin, talks with Morning Edition's Cathy Wurzer about "Beyond the Yellow Ribbon" a local program which takes greater care in reintegrating soldiers home from war. Morris was involved in creating the original "Yellow Ribbon Program."
