Vitamin D. We all need it. And the most abundant source comes from the sun's rays. While many of us may be getting higher doses of it during the summer months, Vitamin D is also getting more attention lately from the medical community.
As much as we know about Vitamin D, doctors are still learning about its benefits. It was featured in a recent article in the New England Journal of Medecine. And recent news about Vitamin D suggests its deficiencies might have a link to everything from high blood pressure to certain forms of cancer.
