>> Of the 108 people requiring hospital treatment in the collapse, 10 remained hospitalized as of Tuesday afternoon. One person is in good condition at the U of M Medical Center. One is in critical condition, four in serious condition and three in satisfactory condition at HCMC, and one is in fair condition at North Memorial Medical Center.
>> At a 1 p.m. briefing, Sheriff Rich Stanek and officials of the Navy and Department of Defense updated the status of the search. Fifteen Navy divers and 13 FBI divers are now on the scene. The divers are highly experienced in treacherous waters. Several helped recover material in the TWA Flight 800 explosion over the Atlantic, and the space shuttle break-up over Texas.
>> President Bush has signed Rep. Jim Oberstar's bill to authorize $250 million in emergency transportation aid and $5 million in transit reimbursement assistance to Minnesota.

>> Gov. Pawlenty ordered that the United States flag and the State of Minnesota flag be flown at half-staff at the State Capitol complex from sunrise until sunset on Wednesday, August 8 in honor and remembrance of the victims of the I-35W bridge collapse.
