There are three weeks to go in the legislative session at the state Capitol. Members of the Minnesota House and Senate are expected to vote on a bonding bill. Lawmakers are also expected to work on budget proposals this week. MPR's Cathy Wurzer talked with Minnesota Public Radio Capitol reporter Tom Scheck.
