Northwest and Mesaba airlines are looking at a merger. Mesaba, a carrier that flys regional flights for Northwest and is operating in bankruptcy, has been struggling to stay afloat since Eagan-based Northwest declared bankruptcy last year. Cathy Wurzer talked with Barbara Beyer, president of AVMARK aviation consulting firm, about what a merger would mean for the airlines.
