Cara Hetland

Meet Cara Hetland

Cara Hetland has been a reporter for southwestern Minnesota and eastern South Dakota since 1989. She covers a wide range of topics important to the area. Hetland's interests include stories about children, natural resources, agriculture, politics, and the changes in rural America. She received her BA in Journalism from Drake University. Hetland lives in Sioux Falls with her husband and three daughters.
