Meet Anne Guttridge
Anne Guttridge is a video producer for MPR News and part of Reverb — a MPR News initiative and reporting team focused on serving younger (and young-at-heart) Minnesotans.
Before joining MPR News, Anne spent almost five years at Twin Cities PBS (TPT) as a part of the production team working on historical documentaries and arts and cultural television programs. She also created the TPT TikTok account, and, as the primary content creator and account manager, she created 431 videos and grew the account to 73,000 followers in three years.
Anne was nominated for an Upper Midwest Regional Emmy and was a finalist for Current’s “Local that Works” competition in 2022. Anne and the MPR News team won third place for best social media account at the Minnesota Society of Professional Journalist’s Page One Awards in 2024.
Anne graduated from Carleton College in Northfield with a bachelor’s degree in sociology and anthropology. She loves talking about books, social media and random pieces of Minnesota history.
