A bipartisan bill to fund the state government, including the Capitol, elections and the attorney general’s office, passed the Minnesota House Thursday night. The bill increases funds for election security, increases money for fighting fraud and will help to set up a subcommittee to address healthy aging in Minnesota. The bill passed by a vote of 113-21. It now heads to conference committee.
