Northern Minnesota digs out from April storm that left up to a foot of snow

The town of Finland in northern Minnesota got a foot of snow out of Wednesday’s storm that’s now blowing off to the east. Bemidji received 10 inches. Much of the northern half of the state is cleaning up today.

A man who helped deliver a bag of cash to the home of a juror in the first Feeding Our Future trial has pleaded guilty to jury bribery.

St. Paul City Council members are deadlocked over the selection of a temporary council member to fill the vacant Ward 4 seat. Council President Rebecca Noecker says the decision will go to Mayor Melvin Carter because members cannot reach a consensus.
