Judge Susan Crawford has won a State Supreme Court seat in Wisconsin. She beat Brad Schimel by comfortable margin, which means liberal leaning judges will continue to hold sway on the panel. Also, Wisconsin voters easily passed a referendum question requiring photo ID to vote.
The Minnesota Senate has passed a resolution condemning President Donald Trump for pardons related to the Jan. 6, 2021, insurrection. The DFL-led chamber voted 34-22 in support of the measure with several Republicans abstaining.
