Associate Justice Theodora Gaïtas took the oath of office Monday, joining the Minnesota Supreme Court. Minnesota's highest court is now woman-led. And St. Paul police are investigating a shooting that left a man dead outside an apartment building on the city's west side overnight. The victim was found by police on the 1200 block of University Avenue West, just north of Interstate 94.
