A major storm system bringing freezing rain and blizzard conditions to parts of the Great Plains Tuesday is affecting some flights to and from the Twin Cities. The Minneapolis St. Paul International Airport is reporting about a dozen canceled arrivals or departures, including flights to and from Grand Forks and Rapid City.
