Rochester MN condo building site stabilized following structural concerns
About 180 residents were evacuated from a 15-story building Friday afternoon after a structural engineer alerted authorities of unsafe conditions. Some residents will be allowed back into their homes as early as tomorrow, but some units will remain off limits.
