Thousands of people usually gather in Minnesota cemeteries each year for Memorial Day services, to honor veterans who have died while serving the country. But not this year. Instead, the Minnesota Department of Veterans Affairs has created a virtual Memorial Day program, which will air on PBS stations around the state and stream online.
