Weekend temps and winds
The average Twin Cities high temperature is 38 degrees on March 9. Twin Cities metro area highs will be in the lower 40s this Saturday.
Highs in the lower 40s are expected across much of the southern half of Minnesota plus west-central Wisconsin Saturday afternoon, with 30s in northern Minnesota:

It’ll be a bit breezy in southern and eastern Minnesota and western Wisconsin today, with wind gusts of 15 to 20 mph:
A few spots could see wind gusts over 20 mph at times.
Sunday highs will be in the 50s in much of the southern half of Minnesota and in the Red River Valley of northwestern Minnesota, with mainly 40s elsewhere in Minnesota and west-central Wisconsin:
An approaching low-pressure system could bring wind gusts of 15-22 mph to western Minnesota Sunday afternoon:
Wind gusts of 25 mph or higher are possible in far northwestern Minnesota Sunday afternoon.
Dry weekend
We aren’t expecting any snow or rain in Minnesota or western Wisconsin this weekend.
