Yes, this feels more like January than November.
Our average Twin Cities high temperature is 40 degrees on Nov. 19. Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport reported a temp of 23 degrees at 1 a.m. today, and temps have now fallen into the teens. We’ll probably see a Twin Cities daytime high in the upper teens to around 20.
Much of Minnesota and northwestern Wisconsin will have Saturday daytime highs in the teens, with some lower 20s possible in southeastern Minnesota and parts of west-central Wisconsin.
Northwesterly winds of 18 to 28 mph are expected, with gusts of 30 to 35 mph at times. Some blowing snow is possible in open areas today. Wind chill temps will be below zero all day.

Sunday highs will be well into the 20s in most locations, with 30s in southwestern Minnesota:

Back to high temps, Twin Cities metro area highs are projected to be in the upper 20s on Monday, followed by lower 30s Tuesday and mid 30s Wednesday, then lower 30s again on Thursday and Friday.
Snow chances?
Eastern Minnesota and western Wisconsin could see scattered light snow showers linger into early Saturday afternoon, followed by a flurry chance.
Areas of snow will continue in eastern Wisconsin into Saturday night. Parts of north-central Wisconsin and the upper peninsula of Michigan will have heavier lake-effect snow this Saturday and Saturday night. Here are forecast snow amounts plus wind chill forecasts:
A batch of light snow could move into northwestern Minnesota Saturday evening, then spread across the remainder of northern Minnesota and parts of northwestern Wisconsin overnight Saturday night. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s North American Mesoscale (NAM) forecast model shows the potential precipitation pattern from 5 p.m. Saturday to noon on Sunday:
A few stray flurries are possible overnight to the south of the main snow band.

Lake-effect snows continue today in western New York. The storm total at Orchard Park, which is southeast of Buffalo, now stands at 77 inches!
