80s again next week
September goes out on summer-like notes this year. Southerly wind flow sets up once again next week. Highs will push the 80-degree mark in the Twin Cities through western Minnesota again by Monday.
The warmth builds Tuesday and Wednesday, with 80s across most of Minnesota and upper 70s up north. Wednesday’s high-temperature forecast map looks far more July than almost October.
Today’s medium-range forecast models suggest 80s may linger into early October this year.
