John Barry of Tulane University speaks about pandemics of the past century and the lessons that were learned — or not learned.

He advised the Bush and Obama administrations on pandemic preparedness and response and he's the award-winning author of "The Great Influenza: The Story of the Deadliest Pandemic in History."
