The flap over Minneapolis City Council President Lisa Bender's citations for not shoveling her sidewalk has been the most Minnesotan controversy ever.
First of all, the whole call-the-cops-on-your-neighbor-rather-than-talking-to-them thing is creepy. And oh so Minnesotan.
Now, a south Minneapolis couple has thrown a little passive aggressiveness onto the inferno -- a PSA on how to shovel a sidewalk, City Pages says.
Katharine and Craig Brown, who live in the Fulton neighborhood, acknowledge they're not big fans of the council president, the push for more multi-family homes in the city, or the expansion of bike lanes in Minneapolis.
