MPR's Cathy Wurzer spoke with University of Minnesota climatologist Mark Seeley about the up and down temperatures in Minnesota so far this month.

It started out cold, got warm, and is now chilly again. It's also been very cloudy in recent days.

One bright spot for snow lovers: Seeley says there's snow in the forecast before Christmas.
