Jacob Aloi is an arts reporter for Minnesota Public Radio News. In a past life, he worked in performing arts both on stage and behind the scenes. Before coming to MPR News, he was involved with Frogtown Community Radio in St. Paul. His work as a journalist has led him to some interesting places — like the bunkhouse of a live-action role-play camp and the house of a Hmong Shaman. He also fills in as a newscaster and occasionally guest hosts on-air.
